Fees & Blockchain Finality
How the fixed withdrawal fee, blockchain confirmations, available balance, manual payout verification and early-exit timing relate to each other.
Withdrawal fee
Manual withdrawal minimums and fees are configured by authorized admins. The active amount, fee and destination are confirmed server-side when the request is created.
Deposit confirmations
A detected blockchain deposit is not immediately spendable. It becomes available only after the configured confirmation threshold and credit/reconciliation checks are satisfied.
Deposit finality and reconciliation
A credited deposit remains tied to canonical blockchain evidence. If a network reorganization or provider inconsistency makes that evidence uncertain, the platform may pause or reconcile the affected financial state instead of silently treating ambiguous evidence as final.
Manual external withdrawals
Withdrawals are manually paid by an administrator within the operational SLA. An entered TxID is evidence submission only. The request remains pending until the worker verifies a successful official-USDT transfer on the selected BSC or TRON network to the exact destination for the exact net amount.
Early termination
If an eligible investment is terminated within its first 90 days, earnings stop at the request timestamp and the 25% early-exit charge applies only to principal. Approved refundable principal is credited to available balance within the stated closeout window; it is not automatically sent on-chain.
Manual review
Wrong TxID, wrong amount, wrong token, wrong destination, failed transfer, insufficient confirmation or ambiguous chain evidence keeps the request pending for manual review. A likely matching transaction may be suggested to an administrator, but it is never silently accepted.
